Microsoft expects to ship 3 million Xbox 360 consoles in the first three months after this months' launch, according to the company's financial chief.
The financial target for Xbox 360 and other related items, such as games and peripherals is $1.5 billion, according to Xbox Chief Financial Officer, Bryan Lee.
Lee also said that the upcoming figures will be "a good signal about the overall health of the business."
Even though Lee didn't say how many devices will be available as of November 22, he said that Microsoft will have enough consoles ready to meet the 3 million mark in the first 90 days.
The game console industry leader, Sony will not release its next generation device - the PlayStation 3 will not be released for at least another three months after the Xbox 360's launch.
