Judge Rand Rubin Told Love: "You're doing really well."

Rock singer Courtney Love reportedly checked out from the rehabilitation centre, where she treated her drug addiction, after a court said she was on the road to recovery.

Love, 41, who was sentenced to 180 days at a drug treatment facility for violating probation, which she was serving for attacking a woman with a bottle, by taking drugs.

But the Superior Court Judge Rand Rubin decide that Love recovered well and ordered the singer to finish of her sentence, meaning the 60 days remained from the court order, as an outpatient.

Judge Rand Rubin told Love that "You're doing really well. I'm really pleased with the reports. I certainly hope you keep up the good progress. You're definitely going in the right direction."

Meanwhile, Coutrney has been spotted with a big baby bump, fuelling rumours that she's pregnant with her lover Steve Coogan.

She reportedly told Britain's News of the World newspaper: "I'm pregnant. I only found out 72 hours go. I've only told three people and you're the fourth. I haven't even told Steve yet.

"I've been really unslutty and really picky. I haven't been with another man for a year, which is how I know the baby is his."

Nevertheless, both Love and Coogan denied later that they are expecting a baby together.
