On Sunday, December 18, Israeli Airforce planes fired rockets in over 9 rounds, at sites and roads allegedly used for either firing rockets or transporting the missiles, killing 4 Palestinians.
Ariel Sharon had to act harshly on the missile attacks against Israel after forming the Kadima party, after leaving Likud. Army officials declared: "These routes are used by terrorists to reach the areas from which they launch rockets at Israeli targets."
The rockets launched at Israel came as a response to Israeli raids against Palestinian militants. Sonic missiles fired at Palestinian targets led, according to a local hospital, to the deaths of four patients suffering from heart problems.
