Eva Longoria Involved In War Of Words With A Police Officer

The Star And Her Boyfriend Infuriated A San Antonio Police Officer.

"Desperate Housewives" star Eva Longoria and her boyfriend, NBA player Tony Parker were caught up in a war of words with the San Antonio police right in the middle of Christmas Eve.

A police bicycle officer claims Parker and Longoria behaved impolite after he told them to move their car because it was stopping the traffic.

When Parker refused to move it, the officer rapped the hood with the palm of his hand.

Tony asked the police officer why he did that and shortly after, according to the police, the couple "began screaming in a verbally abusive and demeaning manner," while Longoria shouted: "He's just a Mexican bike cop. He only wants your autograph."

When questioned, Longoria denied making any comments regarding the police officer.

The star explained through her publicist: "It's a shame that one officer conducted himself in such an inappropriate and disorderly manner. I never made any sort of racial slurs, let alone made any comments about the officer being Mexican, as a Mexican myself."
