Jessica Simpson And Nick Lachey To Sell The 'Newlyweds' Residence

The house has a listed price of $3.75 million

According to late news, singer and newly actress Jessica Simpson and her future ex-husband Nick Lachey decided to sell their Newlyweds residence, the house in which they became famous around the world.

People magazine reported that the property, 6,500 square-foot, Mediterranean-style, which includes a screening room and music studio, has a listed price of $3.75 million, through Sotheby's International.

Simpson moved recently into her new home a $3 million mansion in Beverly Hills, California, less then one month after filing for divorce from husband Nick Lachey. "She's happy to have a house that's hers," a source told People magazine

Jessica and Nick officially announced that they had split in November, after months of speculations.

Simpson filed for divorce on December 16, 2005, from her estranged husband of three years, Nick Lachey citing "irreconcilable differences."
