Fans Boycott The New James Bond Movie

Daniel Craig Is “A Bad Choice” To Play James Bond, Fans Say.

A group of angry fans launched a protest website, craignotbond.com, to boycott the replacement of Pierce Brosnan as James Bond star with British actor Daniel Craig, Associated Press reports.

The fans think that Craig is not fit to be the next James Bond in the upcoming film "Casino Royale," and they call him "a terrible choice."

A statement on the site says: "EON Productions angered fans around the world when they fired Pierce Brosnan at the height of his popularity as Bond. To add insult to injury, EON cast a short, blond, odd-looking Daniel Craig in the role of Bond. The fact that they went with Craig just points to how lost and desperate they were once they walked away from a sure thing like Pierce Brosnan. "

Craignotbond.com website also includes comments from the press regarding the bad choice of producers when they picked Craig to play James Bond.

The mad fans swear to boycott the movie and invite anyone who thinks the same to join them.

"Join the Casino Royale Boycott now, and you'll be taking the first steps towards bringing back the James Bond we know and love!" the statement on the website says.
