Actress Denise Richards has received an extension of her restraining order against ex-husband Charlie Sheen early this week.
Los Angeles Superior Court decided to extend the due line of the restraining order giving a psychologist time to conduct an evaluation to determine what custody arrangement should be done for the couples two children, two-year-old Sam and 11-month-old Lola.
Lawyers of the ex-couple suggested that both Richards and Sheen agreed to work out their custody dispute
"Denise and Charlie are working with the courts to privately resolve their differences regarding their children," the statement read. "They hope to resolve this matter outside of the public forum and will both continue to make every effort in this regard."
Richards and Sheen separated in 2005 and ever since they been fighting for the custody of their children.
