Rolling Stone star, Keith Richards has just returned home in the U.S after been treated for a head injury in New Zeeland.
Richards suffered a high-profile spill on Apr. 27 while vacationing at Fiji's elite Wakaya Club. He immediately flew to Auckland's Ascot Hospital where he received medical treatment.
"Personally I would like to thank everyone at Ascot Hospital for the truly wonderful care I received," Richards said in a statement upon his release earlier this month. "From the doctors to the beautiful ladies who make the painful nights less painful and shorter...many thanks, Kiwis."
The singer is feeling great now and anxious to hit the road again with his soul band.
"Keith Richards has arrived back home in the U.S. from New Zealand," a posting on the band's official Website said. "He is feeling great, happy to be home and looking forward to getting back on the road with the Rolling Stones next month."
