The Scarlett Rbk collection will hit the high-end department stores and boutiques next spring and will include a wide range of T-shirts, track jackets and hoodies.
"Scarlett loves that timeframe, and it's very relevant to Reebok because some of our first shoes were introduced then" said Amy Schaeffer, Reebok's vice president of lifestyle design.
Johansson, 21 confessed she is happy and pleased by the new project and very proud that Reebok choused her despite her being "a not athletic in any way."
"Reebok has a rich heritage in developing and designing cutting-edge women's product which makes them an ideal company to partner with to launch Scarlett 'Hearts' Rbk," Johansson said in a statement. "I am very enthusiastic about working with Reebok to design this line."
Johansson will also be featured in Reebok's global women's advertising campaign, also in the spring of 2007. The company's press releases described Johansson as a "world renowned style icon" and an "inspiration for today's young women".
