One Drink, A Ride - Paris Hilton Arrested!

According to police officials Hotel chain heiress, Paris Hilton, was arrested in Hollywood.

Paris is suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol.

"The officers observed that Hilton exhibited the symptoms of intoxication. A field sobriety test was conducted at scene and the officers determined she was driving under the influence," a police spokesperson declared.

However, Paris's publicist, Elliot Mintz claims that her client had just "one drink on an empty stomach after a full day's work", shooting for her latest video and attending a charity event.

"It's the absolute minimum amount of alcohol in your system that would justify an arrest," Mintz added.

Kimberly Stewart, the daughter of Rod Stewart, was in Paris's Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren sports car when police pulled over Paris.

Paris made no comments, but she is expected to speak about the incident after consulting her lawyers.

Paris is an everlasting surprise, her troubling, hard-party lifestyle is a subject speculated by tabloids worldwide. Paris Hilton had a full summer, starting her music career, quite promising according to some.
