Scarlett Johansson Open-Minded About Sex, Yet Faithful

Actress Scarlett Johansson revealed that although monogamy is against the natural instinct she is happy in her relationship with Josh Hartnett and strongly denied being promiscuous regarding her sex life.

According to the 21-year-actress, "Black Dahlia" colleague and boyfriend Josh Hartnett "is very sweet."

Scarlett Johansson, recently voted sexiest woman alive, admitted she is content having Josh Hartnett as her lover.

"He's a good boy. A great person. I'm very lucky and I'm very happy," said Scarlett Johansson in an interview to "Allure" magazine.

Although she is having the HIV test twice a year, Scarlett Johansson described herself as a "serial monogamist", who does not encourage occasional sex.

"There does seem to be a mistaken belief out there that I am sexually available somehow — which is not to say that I'm not open-minded about sex," told Scarlett to "Allure" magazine.

"Yet I wouldn't say I'm a serial monogamist, either. I mean, I went through periods of time when I was, ah, single. But when I'm in a relationship, I'm in a relationship," she added.

The actress strongly recommends routine HIV testing and thinks responsibility is the key to stop the spreading of the virus.

"I get tested for HIV twice a year. ... One has to be socially aware. It's part of being a decent human, to be tested for STDs. It's just disgusting behavior when people don't. It's so irresponsible," said Scarlett Johansson to "Allure" magazine.
