Tim Allen Weds Jane Hajduk

Comedian-actor Tim Allen married his long-time girlfriend, actress Jane Hajduk, last weekend, in a small ceremony, in Grand Lake, Colorado.

After a five years of friendship, Allen, 59 and Hajduk, 39, decided to tie their destinies and become husband and wife.

This is the first marriage for Jane and the second for Allen, who was previously married to Laura Diebel from April 7, 1984 until 2003. Allen and Laura have also a daughter, Katherine, born in 1989.

Allen began his career as a stand-up comedian. On a dare from one of his friends, he participated in an open-mic night at a nightclub in Detroit. He soon became a regular average act at the city's Comedy Store.

He later moved to Los Angeles and became a member of The Comedy Store there.

Allen rose to fame in acting with the television series "Home Improvement "and playing Santa in "The Santa Clause" movies.
