Paris Hilton Got A Restraining Order Against Shanna Moakler

The war between socialite Paris Hilton and former beauty queen Shanna Moakler continues. The Hilton heiress got a restraining order against Moakler following last week’s fight between the two.

On October 4, both Hilton and Moakler filed a police report, each claiming to be the victim of the other's rage.

Paris stated that Shanna punched her in the face at a Los Angeles nightclub, during a private party. On the other hand, Moakler insisted that she was the victim and that Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriend Stavros Niarchos threw a drink at her face and pushed her down the stairs.

Following the incident Paris decided that she had to do something to 'protect herself from the evil Moakler' and got a restraining order.

"I'm scared of her. I feel like I have to do something to protect myself," Paris declared.
