Kylie Minogue Is Back On Track

Pop singer Kylie Minogue is ready to continue her Showgirl tour, interrupted in 2005, shortly after the Australian was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Kylie has recently retuned to her home-country and is ready to meet her Australian fans in a concert due to take place next Saturday, November 11, in Sidney.

"I'm thrilled to be back - I've been waiting for this day for such a long time. We've got our work cut out for us this week. We're on tour again," confessed the 38-year-old diva to reporters at her arrival on Sydney International Airport.

After completing the Australian tour, the singer is expected to perform in the UK. Kylie Minogue has scheduled six shows at the Wembley Arena, in January.

Kylie Minogue has stayed away from the spotlights for nearly one year due to her past illness, but is now full of energy and more enthusiastic than ever. Not only is she promoting her children's book, "Kylie: The Showgirl Princess," wrote while she was recovering from chemotherapy, but she has also recently appeared on the cover of Vogue magazine.

It is also rumored that Kylie is planning to marry her fiance Olivier Martinez next year. The two met at the Grammy Award Ceremony in 2003 and are dating since.
