Kirstie Alley In Bikini, Showing Off

After months of fighting with the extra kilos, Kirstie Alley managed to reach a proper weight and decided to strip down to her bikini on TV to show off her new body.

Alley, who weighed 90 kilos two years ago, lost 34kg in just one year and became the spokeswoman for diet group Jenny Craig. A year ago Kirstie took a vow in Oprah Winfrey Show that she will show off her body in a bikini on TV when she will reach a proper weight.

Kirstie, now 55-year-old, appeared Monday during on The Oprah Winfrey Show, clad in a bikini outfit so that everybody could see her thin body.

The actress confessed to Oprah that when she was 30 years old, she never would have worn a bikini in front of millions of people. But now she feels comfortable in her own skin.

"I was so introverted about my body. When I looked back on my movies and things (I thought), 'Wow, you had a really nice body.' But, at the time, I was [feeling] not good enough," the star said during The Oprah Show.

But now she feels comfortable in her own skin.

"I don't think women ever feel like we're good enough. We don't feel like we're thin enough or pretty enough or smart enough or work hard enough. We all are good enough and we look good enough and we are not our bodies, you know?" the star added.
