Paris Hilton Website Shut Down

A Los Angeles federal judge ordered Paris Hilton website to be temporally shut down.

ParisExposed.com is a website selling personal items that belong to Paris Hilton and also provides information about Paris' financial information, personal diaries, home videos and medical records for a small fee.

According to the official reports Paris sued the website, created by Bardia Persa, claiming that it was exploiting her private belongings and violating her privacy.

After the lawsuit Paris' lawyer Howard Weitzman explained the judge's decision saying that "the site violated my client's right to privacy and was a copyright infringement. The owner of the site has an opportunity on 16 February to contest the order. He can either do it in writing or orally in court. If he doesn't show up, or the judge isn't swayed, the order can turn into a permanent injunction."
